INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium/ large potato (200g)
- 50g Edam cheese
- 60g shrimps
METHOD
Preheat oven. Bake the potato (do not remove skin).
Cut the potato in half and remove some of the potato (in the middle).
Add the cheese and the shrimps and place in oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
